1. Nature of Services
This facility is a Bhakt Niwas (Pilgrim House) intended primarily for devotees visiting the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, and is not a commercial luxury hotel.
The facilities provided are clean and basic, intended for the convenience of pilgrims coming for darshan. Visitors are kindly requested not to expect luxury-level amenities.
2. Website Information
All information published on this website — including room prices, photos, timings, and availability — is provided in good faith for informational purposes only.
Room availability, tariffs, and local administrative rules regarding Mahakaleshwar darshan, Bhasma Aarti, and the temple complex are subject to change without prior notice.
We do not handle Bhasma Aarti booking. Our reception staff can only guide you on the process and timings published by the Mahakaleshwar Temple authorities.
3. Personal Safety
Our Bhakt Niwas is located near the Mahakaleshwar Temple complex and the Shipra (Kshipra) river ghats. Guests are advised to exercise caution while bathing at the ghats and during temple visits, especially in crowded conditions.
We assume no liability for accidents, loss, or theft occurring outside the premises of the Bhakt Niwas.
4. Third-Party References
References to the Mahakaleshwar Temple, Bharat Mata Mandir, Sandipani Parisar, and other local landmarks are made only to describe the location of our premises. We are an independent pilgrim accommodation provider and are not officially affiliated with any of these institutions.
