1. Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how many days before your arrival the cancellation request is received:
15+ days before arrival
of the booking amount
7 – 14 days before arrival
of the booking amount
Less than 7 days before arrival
amount will be treated as a donation
2. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule your stay are subject to room availability. Please contact the office at least 7 days prior to arrival so we can assist you in moving your booking to a suitable date.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or a reschedule, please call our reservation desk directly or write to us at the email below. Kindly share your booking reference, dates, and the room type so we can process the request quickly.
