Please read carefully before booking

The following terms govern every stay at Shri Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas, Ujjain. By confirming a booking or checking in, you agree to the conditions set out below.

1. Booking & Check-in

  • Check-in time: 11:00 AM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  • An original Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
  • PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID.
  • The Bhakta Niwas reserves the right to refuse entry in case of an invalid ID or inappropriate behaviour.

2. Rules of Conduct (Satvik Stay)

  • Alcohol, non-vegetarian food, eggs, tobacco, and gutkha are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Guests are expected to wear modest and decent clothing, in keeping with the spiritual atmosphere of the Bhakt Niwas.
  • Please maintain silence on the premises. Loud music is not allowed.

3. Accommodation

  • Rooms are designated for pilgrim use only; any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are kindly requested to conserve water and electricity during their stay.

4. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising out of a stay at the Bhakt Niwas shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

We request all devotees to honour the sacred atmosphere of the Bhakt Niwas. Your cooperation helps us keep the stay peaceful, respectful, and uplifting for every pilgrim who visits.
